Cancellation Policy
While I understand that things come up, to ensure a smooth experience for all my guests, I kindly ask for plenty of notice for cancelations or rescheduling.
Cancelation within 48 hours of the appointment will incur a fee of 75% of the scheduled service, as it's challenging to fill the time on short notice.
